Jerry's is the only place open 24/7, which means you can get some apple pie or a BIG BIKER BURGER at 1 in the morning or 4 in the afternoon. Jerry's remodeled recently and it's a a great place to recapture that old-fashioned diner experience. The food is good home-town fare and the service is friendly.

Joe's Broadstreet Grill is home to some of the best cobbler you'll ever eat. What better way to take a break than belly'n up to Joes counter and having some home made peach cobbler with real cream or a big dab of icecream? Check it out!


Folks in the VALLEY may take movie theaters for granted but we don't! Not since ours burned down 5 years ago and we couldn't GO to a movie around here!

Ever since Globe-Miami went for 5 years WITHOUT a movie theater when the Old Hollis Theater burned down along with the Pioneer Hotel in 2005, we have come to appreciate just how nice it is to go downtown for a good BIG CINEMA flick!

Hollis completed a huge 4-plex theater last November and offers up air conditioned comfort and your choice of four theaters!




And if you want do your own cookin' at home and contribute to a good local cause - stop in at the Gila Historical Museum (right next to the Chamber of Commerce), where they are selling copies of the 1936 Jr. League Women's Cookbook for just $2.00. Anyone who kept coming up with scrumptious meals during the Great Depression must know a thing or two about cooking! And the proceeds goes towards the museums many projects
