Thanks for visiting Copper Bistro online! We’re Richard and Terri and we’d like to extend an invitation to join our family at the Copper Bistro. Copper Bistro is a stylish yet casual neighborhood restaurant. We offer delicious food in an atmosphere filled with warmth and character. Our food is some of the best in Globe, and our customers agree.
Our staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service. Whether you join us for lunch or dinner, we believe that you’ll become a regular customer once your taste buds meet our food.
We bring the excitement and the dedication of consistently serving delicious food to the Globe/Miami area. Start your meal with one of our six Starters, such as our Jumbo Onion Rings or Fried Zucchini. Move on to our Colossal Burgers that are ½ pound of chopped beef steak served with your choice of Regular or Sweet Potato Fries, or our delicious coleslaw. By the way, if you’ve never had Sweet Potato Fries, are you in for a treat!!!
If you not in the mood for a Colossal Burger you can always bite into our famous Cashew Chicken Salad Sandwich or try out our Shrimp Basket. Our Specialty Plates include a Rib Eye Steak Plate, Teriyaki Chicken & Shrimp Plate, Shrimp Plate, Salmon Plate, Two Piece Catfish Plate and our Grilled Spicy Mango Glaze Shrimp. All the Specialty Plates come with Baked Potato & Green Bean Fries.If you like the lighter fare, we have HUGE Salads that taste awesome and will fill you up. Our house
dressing is a sweet vinaigrette that is absolutely mouth watering. DON’T FORGET our daily lunch specials. These are tasty meals that will have your stomach saying “Thank you”.
CATERING....Our restaurant also provides catering services. We can cater your event at our own
facility (which holds approximately 100 people), or we can bring the food to you. We can prepare food from our menu or you can create your own menu and we’ll do the preparation. Using us to cater your events will leave your guests happy and full!We offer all of the above and more at reasonable prices that won’t leave a dent in your wallet.
Every Friday night you can come by for our Prime Rib dinner. Our full menu is also still available. We encourage you to make reservations at 928-473-4442.
Our Bistro is open for Lunch Monday thru Friday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are open for Dinner Wednesday thru Friday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Our staff is waiting to greet you and we guarantee that you won’t find better food in town!!!
We are located off Highway 188 in the Globe Country Club area next to the Pro Shop.
