Libby's parents opened their first restaurant in 1947 and operated them for 54 years. They ran the La Paloma and Silver Front Restaurants in Miami
Later moving to their current location, daughter, Libby Bracomonte has been running the restaurant for twenty-four years and is joined by her daughter, Lupita.
