Owner, Cayci Vucksanovich, also ran the area's best full-service nursery on the property for fifteen years before closing it down to devote more time to raising her daughter.

She still maintains an interesting array of emus, and a sizeable garden, and a menagerie of animals - many which were 'dropped off' at her place over the years.
