STATE TAX/LICENSE (commonly referred to as a Sales, Resale, Wholesale, Vendor or Tax License)
The Arizona Department of Revenue now offers businesses the opportunity to complete the Joint Tax Application online, download the signature card and submit in person or by mail along with payment. Once the license registration is completed, and the business is registered to use the site, businesses may file and pay their transaction privilege, use and withholding taxes online.
The Arizona Joint Tax Application can also be downloaded from the DOR website. To apply for the state transaction privilege tax license, visit their website or contact them.

News updates:
On June 11 we held a training meeting for the produce-selling vendors to teach them how to accept WIC vouchers and senior coupons. We had about eight vendors attend the training; therefore, we are now, officially, an authorized AZFMNP farmers' market and will accept the vouchers and coupons at the market.
Logo Contest: We found a winner!
IT IS OFFICIAL! Thanks to Nancy Consencino-Jung, the Globe-Miami Farmers’ Market now has a logo! The Globe-Miami Farmers’ Market Board ran a logo contest from March 23rd to April 15th, and from the submissions they received, they voted Nancy’s design to be the logo for the market! It will be displayed on all materials related to the Globe-Miami Farmers’ Market.
Nancy was born in Manila, Philippines and moved to Superior, Arizona in January 2010. She worked as a full-time desktop publishing/graphic artist for 14 years in several publishing companies in the Philippines, as well as a freelance graphic artist as a side job. She provides individuals and companies with the best design services at affordable prices without sacrificing quality. You may check some of her published works at http://nconsencino.blogspot.com/.
The other submissions for the logo contest were also fabulous! Thank you to all who submitted your designs!
