Over 50 ~Robot-Inspired ~sculptures by Doug Brannan will be on exhibit at the historic 1906 courthouse gallery in downtown Globe.
Using imagination and found objects and vintage items, these robotic creatures range from tabletop to human proportions, each emerging with individual personalities and a "riveting" sense of humor.
The exhibit will feature individual likenesses of Globe's own Governor George W.P. Hunt and Governor Rose Mofford.
A companion book is available to complement the exhibit.
The artist and author will be on hand August 4 from 10-2 and on September 29 (Governors' Centennial Ball!) from 10-2 to sign copies.
