This hilarious, over the top comedy was written by Mark Twain in 1898 as he emerged from one of the darkest periods of his life. It was discovered a hundred years later in his papers at the Berkeley's Bancroft Library. It was adapted for the stage by David Ives and performed for the first time in 2007.
The Copper Community Players brings this masterpiece to our local stage.
